ACES is hosting a site visit to Alcoa's Pinjarra Refinery and Huntly Bauxite Mine. Places are limited to 20 students on a first come first serve basis, so register quickly. Date: Wednesday, 4th September (during tuition free week) Time: 8:30am 3pm Cost: Free Meet at the flag pole area near Building 200A before 8:45am The bus will depart at 8:45am SHARP. The site visit is from 10am-2pm and students are expected to arrive back on campus at 3:15pm. It is a great opportunity to gain knowledge about the process industry. You can also gain 4 logbook hours by attending, weighted to 12 PRES hours.

Come on down to the ACES quiz night to relax after a long week of uni. Bring your friends and play as a solo or as a a pair, alternatively you can get assigned a table on the night. Questions will be from a wide range of catagories (as well as a few engineering ones here and there of course!) so come and test your trivia skills and maybe win a prize!
